The U.S. Postal Service really knows how to kick off a holiday celebration... by returning to some very classic roots.
The service issued a special booklet of "A Charlie Brown Christmas" stamps Thursday, with scenes from the iconic movie released nearly 50 years ago.
The stamps booklet also coincides with the Peanuts comic strip's original debut on Oct. 2, 1950. It's an adorable way to spice up your holiday mail, if you're not into the whole selfie card trend.
For $9.80, snail mail fans can purchase the booklet of 20 limited-edition stamps online. And we gotta say, they're the most aww-worthy throwback:
