Cameron Diaz Lists Her NYC Apartment For $4.25 Million, Naturally

What do you do after marrying Benji Madden? Shed your glitzy New York City apartment for another, of course.

Cameron Diaz's apartment in Greenwich Village is up for sale for a chill $4.25 million. The 1,400-square-foot unit, which faces south in a 1931 building, is described on Zillow as "great for entertaining." It boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all decorated by well-known California designer Kelly Wearstler. Take a peek:

Warburg Realty listed the apartment -- located at 59 W. 12th Street -- earlier this week. Its value has jumped $1.3 million since Diaz bought the place in 2008. And though it's not included in the asking price, she'll throw in the furniture if you want it, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Diaz purchased a separate apartment in NYC's Chelsea neighborhood in late 2013. And she isn't the only entertainer with a tricked-out house.
